This one bedroom 650 square foot apartment is located in
the Crescent Hill neighborhood just off Frankfort Ave on North Bayly Avenue. You
are in a short walking distance from all the many food and beverage businesses
in the area. All the early traffic engineers must have lived in the Crescent
Hill area. You can get to almost any part of town in a mater of minutes with
very few if any stop lights. The apartment has acreamic floor in the bedroom and a hardwood floor in the living room and a ceramic floor in the kitchen and bath. The picture of the bedroom is before the ceramic was in stalled. This unit is centrally
air-conditioned with a fireplace that isn't functional but decorative.
Washer and dryer are furnished but not maintained in the utility area.
The apartment is situated about three feet below grade level that makes it
exceptional efficient for heating and cooling. Each room has one or two windows
visible in the following pictures. This
apartment rents for $575 with the tenant paying the utilities for gas and
electric.
I am currently working on this web site and noticed the pictures look like the walls are dirty. There must be something wrong with images. I need to retake them to give a better representation.
This picture below was taken from the doorway to the bathroom. Ground level is about one foot below the windowsills in the background. This kitchen provides more that enough room for table and chairs.
This picture below was taken with the camera back to the window. The bedroom door was off to the right and the hall to the kitchen is to the right of the fire place. This room now has a new hardwood floor and no carpet.
This view below of the bedroom was taken from the doorway to the right of fireplace in the living room picture. the floor is now white ceramic tile.
I live in an area with very pore cell service but sooner or later texts do arrive, I need to go to my bathroom window to get a signal. Do an email tandc@win.net but also a text to 502-893-59822
